Roles and Responsibilities-
- Responsible for recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & C2C).
- Strong experience working on Applicant Tracking system.
- Hiring for Mechanical Engineer, Design Engineer, Automation Engineer, Quality Engineer, Validation Engineer etc.
- Responsible for sourcing/recruiting from different Job boards – Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, Job Diva, etc.
Job Qualifications-
- Minimum 6 months experience in 360-degree recruitment experience
- Experience working on VMS/ MSP requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with high-speed working under pressure
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree
